Andrey Rylkov Foundation for Health and Social Justice (ARF) was subjected to prosecution according to the "undesirable organizations" law and consequently appealed to the European Court of Human Rights. This is the first complaint to the European Court on the law on "undesirable organizations” filed from Russian NGO.

Our position on the Conference on HIV / AIDS in Eastern Europe and Central Asia (EECAAC-2018) taking place in Moscow these days. For the third time we are boycotting the conference and encourages others to refuse to participate in the event. We are going to hold a series of single pickets against the conference from 9 till 11 every morning.

The European Court of Human Rights has communicated a complaint from the Andrey Rylkov Foundation helping drug addicts. Six years ago, the Russian Federal Drug Control Service found appeals for drug use on their website and banned it.

The UN Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights has recommended that Russia change its punitive policy approach within 18 months and consider decriminalizing drugs for personal consumption.
