Our Projects


April 14th, 2015

We used to write annual reports in a utilitarian fashion. They were dull and dry, with figures and tables. This year we decided to surrender to the pain of writing an annual report and to try to write the annual report of our Moscow Harm Reduction Project so that it is fun to write, and of course, to read.


March 18th, 2015

The Andrey Rylkov Foundation (ARF) needs your help again. We are running out of our supplies and need funds to purchase it in order to make it untill June.


January 29th, 2015

On January 2, a Grandpa Frost and Snow Maiden from the Andrey Rylkov Foundation visited five children from four families of drug dependent people and celebrated the New Year with them. This was an amazing New Year experience that filled our hearts with warmth and holiday joy. That’s why we decided not to write upbeat reports but rather, to just publish the impressions of those who took part in this interesting activity.

"We began outreach at 7:30pm. As always, it was cold and windy in the outreach area. Right away, a guy came up smiling and asked for alcohol swabs and a pack of insulin syringes.
